How to ask
Email Support at [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase. You do not have to give a reason. You can also ask Polar directly through the receipt they sent you.
How long it takes
We answer within two working days. Once the refund is issued, the money takes a few days to appear, depending on your bank. It goes back to the card or account you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else.
What happens to the app
The licence stops when the refund is issued, and the app goes back to the free plan. Nothing you saved is touched: your files stay in your own folder, in their original formats, and you can open them with anything.
After fourteen days
We will still read your email. Mise is a one-off purchase rather than a subscription, so there is no renewal to cancel and nothing that will charge you again. If something is broken, tell us and we would rather fix it.
Your legal rights
Nothing here takes away the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If that law gives you longer than fourteen days, that law wins.
